What Is I.CARE?
I.CARE is non-profit organization dedicated to restoring Islamorada's coral reef. I.CARE is taking a community-based approach to restore the coral reefs by training recreational divers to help transplant and monitor corals in order to help restore our precious reefs!
How Can You Get Involved?
Join us in Islamorada for a hands-on dive to transplant corals. Don't worry, education and training is provided.
We at Jake's Offshore Adventures are proud to become apart of the I.CARE mission to restore the Reefs of Islamorada. Just by diving with us you are helping too!
A Donation of $10 will be added to each dive charter here at Jake's Offshore Adventures. Your generous support to I.CARE will help us preserve our treasured reefs for present and future generations!
Coral Transplant Charters
We are proud to offer the option to book your own private coral transplanting charter. Coral education and transplanting training will be provided before hand at Bud N' Mary's Marina. After training you will be able to go out and plant your very own coral that helps restore our coral reefs.
With our help and our I.CARE partners you also have the opportunity to help restore the coral reefs by allowing coral planting interns to come and plant corals on your charter. You get to experience coral out planting and help restore the reefs on your excursion without any training or prior education. Come join us to help save our reefs for our future generations!
